Admittedly, I was thinking of waiting till I had the rest of this scene finished, but it's a bit time consuming and I figured a page at a time would be a better way to hold over till the next pages than doing a full scene and having nothing for a while longer till I figure out the rest. Though, I can't promise consistent posting schedules for this as I might get a lot done one day and next to nothing, the next, so we'll have to see how this goes and how far I get. :^ As of right now, the next page is sketched out and just needs cleaned up; though, there is a panel on there that's bugging me and I might try fixing up if I can figure it out... (May have to split it in two-) Anyway, here's the first page to this little AU comic. :> I have no idea how long it'll be or if it'll even be a constant. I just know I have this first scene (rewritten from the show), figured out and may do another scene after, so no promises of full episode rewrites: just bits and pieces here and there.

I haven't felt all that great the last few days; hence, why nothing was posted yesterday. So, I may be quieter/slower due to that as well; sorry.

A Good Omens 3 Fix-It/Scene Rewrite: The Alley, or: Aziraphale helps Crowley up off of the ground instead of walking away from him.

Aziraphale doesn't know what to expect when he returns to Earth after three years, and he's shaken to his core when he finds Crowley lying in a filthy alleyway, shattered and alone. There is much he wants to say and even more he wants to fix, but the first step is helping a stubborn demon up off of the ground.

Don’t Get Out of the Car.

Wanted to do some scene rewrite practice so I don’t collapse into mush, so here’s some Drive <3

(Mildly inspired by this post despite me not actually covering the motel)

Don't get out of the car.

It's a very simple rule he has. He drives, he doesn't run. Why the fuck would he run when he could drive off? And the only way to drive is to stay in the car.

Very rarely has he thought about breaking that rule. He's clear about his position in any given job—he's the driver, nothing more, nothing less.

When the car pulls up a couple parking spots down, he glances at it. No one gets out. Worry creeps along his spine, but he turns his focus back to the pawn shop.

It's a long moment before Blanche walks out with the duffle bag. He knows, generally, that he looks suspicious sometimes. It comes with the job, really. But as he opens the door and puts the passenger seat forward, he cringes internally as how downright conspicuous Blanche looks.

She gets in without incident and he fixes the seat. He grips the top of his steering wheel. Both of them stare at the pawn shop door, waiting.

The time between Blanche getting in the car and Standard walking out of the shop stretches like taffy in the summer sun. The worry makes it worse. Standard's not an idiot, he knows how to run a job.

He clenches his jaw; any reassurance he could give himself is voided by the 'what if's' circling his thoughts. He doesn't shift his focus when Standard walks out, tucking the gun back into his belt.

The glass shatters.

He flinches, watching Standard stumble forward.

The shopkeep stalks out and all the nervous energy that he'd been keeping quietly behind the wheel starts to blare sirens in his ears. He hesitates, weighing the pros and cons of ditching his rules and dragging Standard into the passenger seat and maybe getting shot in the process.

Standard is on his knees. The shopkeep is too close.

Fuck it.

He shoves the door open and steps out just fast enough to make eye contact with Standard over his sunglasses before another gunshot rings out.

He flinches hard—then another—scampering back into the driver's seat—then another—and slams his door shut

Standard is face down, barely two yards from the car. Leaving Benicio and Irene—leaving him.

He hits the gas, taking off out of the parking lot.

He stops thinking about it, focusing instead on the road. The car following them, Blance screaming in the back seat, dodging cars, making turns.

He drives.

There's a reason he doesn't get out of the car.

Just to be clear, eco is still disappearing/acting wacky in this AU, only dark eco is being unaffected-light eco suffering the most. Jack is perfectly capable of using dark eco.

The pirates end up shooting the plane down. Im not a huge fan of it being Daxters fault, hes a bit of a doofus but not an idiot, and with Jak being able to get the upper hand theres no reason for him to do anything rash.

Phoenix is now stuck trying to figure out if that random pilot he started a fight with is one of the prisoners he dealt with in the past or a new experiment that escaped. Meanwhile Jak is just "god damn brat, i've fought gods and im still having to deal these morons fml"

"I'm sorry for everything I've done until now."

For a moment, there was nothing. Nothing but the pitter patter of rain striking the ground, coating his weary body, exhausted beyond belief.

Then.

"No."

Izuku watched as Kacchan's head shot up, his eyes wide with disbelief, as if this was shocking. There were no tears left for him to cry, so he settled for taking steps back.

"Y-You don't get to say that...!" he screamed, hands clutching the sides of his head. "For years, a decade, I-I put up with everything! I just watched as e-everyone kissed your feet, as if you've changed at all!"

"De- Izuku-"

"Shut up!" This wasn't fair, it wasn't! Nothing about it! Why!? "You don't get to call me that!"

Why can't anything ever go right!? For so long, he lied to everyone and to himself, pretending he was fine with Kacchan just getting everything he ever wanted. People loved him, despite his violence, despite that damn name, despite being his bully.

Iida reached out, "M-Midoriya-kun..."

He cast a forlone look towards his friend. At least he tried to talk to him more than fight or capture him. At least someone was trying to reach out to him. But then, why did he agree to let everyone come? Why did nobody think that maybe this would be a bad idea?

Why was nobody mad at Kacchan for hurting him...?

...

Oh.

"You didn't tell them, did you?" The realisation struck, and it struck hard. Kacchan- no, Bakugou's eyes widened. Confusion swept across the rest of 1-A, and Izuku knew he was right. "Go on. Tell them. Tell them what you did to me. Why you're apologising. Tell them." Silence. "Tell them!"

He marched forth, anger keeping him from collapsing.

"Tell them how you beat me black and blue! Tell them how you burnt me for the crime of existing! Tell them your advice! What was it: 'go take a swan dive off a roof and pray for a quirk in your next life'? Tell them!"

"You said what." The temperature clashed. Izuku glanced back, and there Todoroki was, cold steam billowing off one side, smoke from the other.

"No way..." Uraraka gasped, fists clenching. "You... You bastard...!" She threw herself at Bakugou, her fist colliding with his cheek. He fell to the floor, holding his reddening cheek, staring at her with wide eyes, as if it was out-of-nowhere.

Izuku looked down, teeth worrying into his bottom lip.

"Midoriya-kun." A hand clasped around his wrist, and he nearly threw the person over his shoulder. But that was Iida's voice. "... I understand that you wish to not return to U.A. Would you like to eat?"

Abruptly, he was reminded of how he rejected Toshinori. How, when his mentor reached out, he kicked off, running without a single explanation.

"..." This wasn't helping. He's just going to be too exhausted to fight back. "Y-Yeah..."

"Everyone," Iida faced the others, tired though he didn't fight much, if at all. "Please return to U.A. We shall look after Midoriya-kun."

Kaminari bristled, "B-But-!"

"Kaminari-kun." Yaoyorozu held her hand up, arm stretched in front of Kaminari. He paused, then stepped back, head low. She turned to them with a smile, "Of course, Iida-kun. Take care of him for us."

"We will," affirmed Uraraka, as she and Shouto walked to his side.

Safe. Surrounded by three of his friends, he felt safe.

It was enough for him to fall, and it was fine.

His friends were there to catch him.

Hazbin hotel scene re-write where in the Vox Populi song instead of Lucifer trying to scare Vox by lighting the building on fire and putting himself on the TV screen and the build-up to where he couldn't punch Vox after Lucifer's failed punch Niffty rolls up from the side and just runs Vox the fuck over. So he is lying dead on the ground, TV screen broken, and Nifty laughing maniacally in the car

No Biofused Engines or Anomalies were injured in the making of this animation preview…! 😄 (Wenda’s ok!!)

For a while, I’ve been planning to rewrite one of the deleted scenes from Project G-1 (to give it more of a purpose to Wendy and Keith’s plan, to keep biofused engines safe). This is a preview of what I’ve just completed so far!

Comet In Moominvalley

Scene rewrite comic by Comodraws

This scene would take place in between the characters flying with the hemulan and crashing at moominhouse. Instead of crash landing at the comet party, they land in the dried up sea just outside the forest.

I was disappointed with how dulled down the dried up sea scene was in the show, as were many other fans. So I decided to take a one week break from my own webcomic (Imagine That on WB), and put my skills to good use on a scene rewrite. I tried to keep it in the style of Gutsy’s Moomins in terms of how the characters speak and such, but pulled inspiration from the book too. I hope you enjoy!
