I wear glasses and walking around with no glasses on always makes me feel tinyy!!

Tucking your arms into your shirt when you're cold!! (Or your caregiver's if applicable. I like touching mine with my cold freezing icicle fingers hashtag hypothyroidism)

OK. Get you a pair of big baggy jeans that are way too long and cuff them. Cuff them a LOT. Put THICK cuffs on there i mean 2-3 inch height pants cuffs.

Hold your cup with both hands !!!

I have mentioned this before but drinking out of huge plastic cups. I like when the rim of the cup touches my forehead when I drink. Comically large cup

I once got one of those huge rainbow lollipops and walking around licking it did actually make me feel like a kid in a propeller hat

I am pretty much always fidgeting with my fingers in some way esp when walking around. Dinosaur arms + fidgeting with fingers is great !! Also do not be afraid to do flappy hands in public nobody cares or will say anything

I have also mentioned this before but walking without bending your knees very much. Biiiig stomp. Also sitting on the floor with your legs straight out

Collecting literally anything! I collect clown dolls, strange trinkets, vintage porcelain animal figurines, pins and patches, etc!!

Also DIYing always makes me feel tinier!! Lately for my puppy regression i have made a body harness (out of a dog harness that i just sized up with scraps of backpack straps) and 3D paw pads for my hand warmers !!

What are hoodie strings for if not to gnaw on

Keep your eyes on the ground when you walk and (safely) pick up cool things you find! I have a baggie with me at all times for this purpose!! I have found things like buttons, toys, pins, etc this way!

You have heard of patterned socks but have you heard of plain socks that are a little bit too big. Chefs kiss. Maybe not for under shoes but too-big socks are always good for walking around

Also for some reason keeping my lips a little parted makes me feel small? Like my mouth open just a tiny bit? Maybe it's more whimsical who knows

Echolalia also makes me feel small. Even if I'm doing it on purpose (im usually not tho #myautism) just repeating sounds I hear always does the trick !! Esp with things like cars going vvrrroooom or birds going cheep cheep. Wonderful 👌 I am my own soundboard

Also an autism tip: scripting or echolalia with childhood shows! Doesn't have to be "for kids", but much more fun if it's something nostalgic !! Like 50% of everything that comes out of my mouth when small are lines from movies or shows. If you see me say something oddly specific chances are it's a movie quote. Actually even if you dont catch it a lot of what I say is just quotes from obscure childhood movies

i don’t relate to girlre or boyre… girlre is too fem and pink and boyre is too masc and it’s just blue and trucks and sharks

i’m more so somewhere in between but maybe a very niche kind of aesthetic i don’t quite know the name of

growing up i only really played with stuffed animals

i am a boy i just don’t have the stereotypical “boy” or “girl” interests

does anyone else feel this way?

i NEVER see it talked about just how little representation nonbinary or agender regressors get. everything on here is either "girlre" or "boyre" and if neither applies to you, good luck feeling like you have any place in this community cause its not gonna happen.

i am a nonbinary regressor and I EXIST TOO. i am an agender regressor and I EXIST TOO. so why does it feel like i dont? why should i feel unloved compared to girl and boy regressors? why should i feel like an afterthought?

this applies to caregivers and flips too. i see caregiver imagines that just put "mama/dada" and Completely disregard the fact that NONBINARY PEOPLE and GENDER NEUTRAL TITLES EXIST!!!!

its frustrating. its isolating. its lonely. exorsexism is so damn prominent in so many places and i wish this wasnt one of them, because this is meant to be a safe space, and i do not always feel safe here.

it makes me wish i wasnt nonbinary to begin with.
