E.N.D Mira and Natsu AU mini comic (pt 1?)

Idk if I'll continue this but we will seeeee

So awhile ago, I talked about some mind blowing details I noticed while watching the Revival Book video [post], and noted that there are end rods in the lab. Which certainly implies they probably went to the End, more specifically an End City to get them sometime before or during those experiments. However, while rummaging around the dsmp map, I found that Ranboo actually has 8 end rods in one of his valuables chests in his hidden basement.

Now I’m not super versed in Ranboo’s lore, so not entirely sure how he got them (probably shenanigans with XD), but the point stands that if he has them, then surely staged duo could have gotten some as well without going to the End. Which thank goodness, because I really disliked that implication in the first place as it’s wildly problematic. Especially because Eret revealed that his finale lore is them fighting XD and the ender dragon, but if that’s true then that means staged duo somehow left the End without slaying the dragon (yes I know you can summon another but in this instance that doesn’t really make sense) which is impossible unless you die. Needless to say I’m glad we can scratch it off the canon list.

Having said that though, it could still be an interesting au idea with one explanation being that through their experiments with the Revival Book and death (because the end portal is surely connected to death somehow since Kristin, who we know is the goddess of death, brings the Syndicate through the end portal to protect them from the reset, and the end portal sound is heard when Dream is revived) they manage to somehow teleport to the outer islands of the end instead of the middle. Hence, why they don’t have to fight the dragon, but still are able to loot an End City for end rods. We could play around with it further and say they even got elytras, which could be a reason they weren’t super scared of people coming to kill them in the finale (see now I really wanna see them drawn with wings)… anyways, guess I’ll dub this the end au?

Mira E.N.D doodles.

Basically a AU where Natsu let's Mira take over his soul for a time frame in his E.N.D form.

Since Mira isnt purposely trying to take Natsu over, their souls are kinda just in limbo of control and get confused in the process. I know this isnt how takeover works but I wanna have fun lol.

They both become this creature that is confused half the time and likes Lucy alot (Cough cough thats Natsu).

I'll just share a few random things about the AU. But if you have any questions or suggestions im all ears!

(I did this pretty quick so sorry if its confusing but I will try to go more in depth at some point in the future)

-End is basically a mix of Natsu and Mira. But neither of the two are in control. They (End) are a combination of Natsu and Miras emotions, fears, and desires.

-With Lucy, they are extremely protective of her. End believes it is their duty to protect her. This stems from Natsu's feelings for Lucy and Mira's trauma of losing Lisanna. Also yes, the stuff with Future Lucy effects these actions as well. It becomes a mess of emotions when Lucy doesn't need End to protect her.

-End doesnt understand why Lucy doesnt want them but Natsu and Mira (separated) instead.

-End also just likes Lucy alot. They dont hide it either.

-With Gray I like to think they beat the shit out of him for no reason whatsoever. Bro will be just be standing there and End will go feral. But then 10 minutes later they act all nice to him.

-End gets emotional around Erza

-End calls Erza, "Red"

-When End deforms, Natsu and Mira's magic is drained to the point of unconsciousness. When they eventually wake up, they don't remember shit. But they do share memories of each others past (very little though).

-End isnt the same E.N.D from the final season. Mira taking E.N.D over changes them a bit (If that makes sense). But don't let their goofy ass deceive you. They can get violent and malicious. Especially when they lose control

-End can get motion sickness 💅
