The "reality shifting, manifestation, astral projection" transition to "healing, shadow work, energy transmutation" needs to be studied.
An unbalanced root chakra can be blocked, underactive, or overactive. The root chakra is the foundational energy center which relates to safety, security, and feeling grounded. When the root chakra is open and healthy, you feel confident, stable, connected to others, abundant, grounded. Blocked root chakra: Codependent, impatient Underactive root chakra: Depleted, dissociative, fearful Overactive root chakra: Manipulative, obsessive Issues with the root chakra are commonly a result of experiencing trauma, especially at a young age. Circumstances which lead a person to believe they are not safe, they cannot trust their own judgment, or they cannot trust their caretakers, can greatly impact root health. Repeated major life changes that shock your system or change your perception of reality can also cause your root chakra to be imbalanced. When the root is blocked or underactive, it's not flushing energy out properly. Stagnant energy can lead to a person feeling stuck, heavy, or unconsciously repeating the same cycles. Opening and balancing the root can be done with Earthing, meditation, Reiki, organizing your home, removing yourself from situations that challenge your self worth, finding comfort in spaces where you feel safe and cared for.

~ Transmuting Energy in the Home ~
🔮💎🏠🌿🕯🧘🏽♀️
Refresh your energy in high vibrational spaces outside your home, be open to receiving the positive vibes and intend to bring (only) that positive energy home with you. Share that energy with your home (as if your home is a comforting and protective entity), and share the energy for all who may live in any part of that space (family, roommate, significant other, pets, neighbors in a connected appartment).
Allow the kind of comforting energy you want in your home to exist WITHIN you too. Prioritize some form of self-care. And appreciate your physical body and your unique conscious mind as an intimate home for your soul.
Flowing with this sunbeam & my sunflower 🌻✨ It’s no coincidence when light shows up in photos & videos like this 💫 Integrating & upgrading with cosmic rays that have travelled so very far to be here 🙏🏻

“Regardless of what you say or do or what face you show to the world, your mental emotional state cannot be concealed. Every human being emanates an energy field that corresponds to his or her inner state.” A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle
🖤 Transmuting Negative Energy Into Gold
There was a time I thought protection meant sending energy back.
Return to sender.
Block.
Detach.
Mirror it.
But growth taught me something softer.
And stronger.
Transmutation is not about revenge.
It’s about refinement.
Lately, I’ve felt the old tightness again — the ache of unmet expectations, words not aligning with actions, silence where connection used to live. That energy could have hardened me.
Instead, I sat with it.
I lit my candle.
I put my phone on Do Not Disturb.
I let the silence be silence.
And I asked myself a different question:
“What is this here to teach me?”
Negative energy is rarely random.
It shows up as disappointment, confusion, loneliness, anxiety. But underneath it is information.
It shows you:
• Where you’re overextending.
• Where you’re attaching.
• Where you’re expecting someone else to regulate what you must regulate within yourself.
• Where your boundaries need reinforcement.
Transmutation is alchemy.
It is taking:
Hurt → and extracting clarity.
Rejection → and extracting redirection.
Silence → and extracting sovereignty.
Disappointment → and extracting discernment.
You don’t have to send energy back when you can elevate it.
Here’s how I transmute:
1. I Contain It.
No reactive texts. No emotional spirals. No outward explosion.
I let the wave crest and fall inside me first.
2. I Anchor Physically.
Breath. Cold water on wrists. Hand on chest. Candle flame.
The body must feel safe before the mind can think clearly.
3. I Reclaim the Narrative.
Instead of “Why is he doing this to me?”
It becomes:
“What is this teaching me about myself?”
That shift alone changes everything.
4. I Redirect the Energy.
If I feel longing, I pour that into my work.
If I feel anger, I clean my space.
If I feel sadness, I journal until the emotion loses its charge.
Energy wants to move.
If you don’t direct it, it directs you.
5. I Refuse Bitterness.
This is the most powerful part.
I will not let someone else’s inconsistency turn me cold.
Nothing can threaten a woman who walks with death and still chooses love.
But she chooses it wisely now.
Transmutation is not about becoming untouchable.
It’s about becoming intentional.
The goal isn’t to never feel.
The goal is to feel without losing yourself.
And lately, that has been the real shift.
Not forcing connection.
Not chasing closure.
Not collapsing into loneliness.
But standing in stillness and allowing energy to refine me instead of define me.
Negative energy is just raw material.
And I am very good at turning raw material into gold.
