Meet the Links: Engineer

The hero from Spirit Tracks. And Toon Link in Hyrule Warriors, but that hasn't happened to him yet.

Engineer's nickname comes from his job, and he is very passionate about it. 🚂

Engineer is a really spacey guy. He has the tendency to zone off a lot. When he comes to, he has no idea what's going on.

Old man Niko is his roommate. Engineer has heard the story about Queen Tetra and her crew sailing the seas 100 years ago and establishing the kingdom a million times. There's a slideshow and everything. Niko gave him Wind's old shield, which the engineer left with the old man so he wouldn't accidentally damage the precious artifact.

Zelda is his bestie. They grew really close together on their adventure. Have you ever seen their cutscenes? They are too cute. Realistically, they are probably dating, even if they don't call it that. She is currently missing. Well her body is there, unlike the last time something like this happened, but her spirit is missing and Engineer hasn't been able to find her anywhere. It's been hard keeping it a secret from the kingdom so they don't panic while he looks for her. He's trying not to panic himself.

Cap and Mask know him well, but he's never met them before. He has been slow to notice anything odd about their interactions.
