Ent Languages

Entish

language of the Ents

very slow, deep, rumbling and ancient language (that’s why in the Lord of the Rings they speak so slowly to represent how their language actually sounds like)

Ents actually are very private about their names as the consider it something only to share with very close friends, as words and names describe events and in turn they would be revealing much about their personal lives

Entish is based off of Common Eldarin with influence from Quenya and Sindarin

There are two types of Entish: Old Entish and New Entish

Old Entish

the language is described as long and sonorous, meaning when they spoke their voice used a very deep tone

it’s actually said that non-Ents cannot learn or pronounce Old Entish, but the Huorns, not clear if the they are Ents who became trees or trees who became Ents, and the trees of Fangorn Forest could understand and converse in Old Entish

the language is often described as a lengthy, long-winded discussion of a topic and therefore they might not even had a word for yes and no since in Old Entish you would reply with more of a monologue rather than simple sentences or words.

Quickbeam (a.k.a. Bregalad) has been the only known Ent to actually speak fast and therefore was named after his hastiness

New Entish

is used instead of Old Entish when they don’t want to take a lot of time speaking

New Entish is basically a shortened version of Old Entish to make communication faster

though it’s still regarded as a slow language by non-Ents

Quenya & Westron

although these are not Ent language they are the languages Ents use to communicate with other races

even in these languages Ents still speak slowly, will have a lot of run on sentences, will repeat themselves as they would in their native tongue, and sometimes they’ll use the grammatical structures of their native language

Numerous communiques from the terrorist organization were intercepted, threatening Talat megapolis with an attack identical to the projected outcome of the foiled attempt. Dalatrass Linron has also condemned severely the revelation of her cousin being a Salarian Democratic Union accomplice. “To be targeted with such hatred by someone of our own clutches shocks me to my core being. Doubly so to learn that the brand of hatred that the terrorists cultivate has managed to overcome our familial bonds.
