I did some research and my take is one this one :

is this the Envy Ring?

it doesn't look like any place we have seen before (except mayyybe Greed) and Envy is the last Ring left not viewed onscreen.

we know that the capital is called Levitowne, which is either a pun on Leviathan's name or a reference to the city being in a swamp like New Orleans or both.

we also know that the people of Envy (and Leviathan herself) are mostly aquatic.

so it would stand to reason that the Envy Ring is a salt water swamp and bayou where fishing for leeches is a common practice.

outline: Blitz is stuck in a cell in envy. He stares at the keys hanging on the wall, out at the wide ocean through the window, and his heart tightens with worry for stolas.

Blitz glared at the cell bars keeping him locked up, eyes darting around in short spurts as he tried to think of a solution to his current problem. Number one, he was stuck in a prison cell- and of all places in envy.

Number two, he was separated from Stolas.

He had no idea how he was going to actually get the key or even slip out of here- or even how he'd escape this situation once he was out of the cell. and Stolas...

Stolas was out there dealing with that witch of a woman-

He gripped the orange jumper they had forced him to wear and his glare deepened, turning more so into a scowl or even something a little more scared.

What was he going to do? He needed to get back to him. His heart tightened, like the heart strings were restricting his blood flow.

What now?

Blitz lifted his head and stared at the water outside his window, having half a mind to smash it and flood this place rather than stay in here. It was killing him not knowing if Stolas was okay.

He closed his eyes and brought his knees up to his chest, hugging them as he thought about his bird...the tears in his eyes as he told him about the trial, about losing Via...

He wanted to hold his hand again, now. instead he just held himself tighter, and hummed one of the owl's favorite melodies.

It's okay.

He could think of something.

He always did.

Blitz was startled out of his thoughts by the sound of talons on concrete, and jangling keys.

Blitz's eyes snapped open and his heart leapt from his chest, jumping up to hold onto the bars as Stolas leaned in to hold his face.

"Everything's okay! I'm here now." Stolas sniffled quietly and bumped their heads together through the bars. "I'm sorry it took me so long."

"Stols- don't worry about that! are you okay?!" As soon as the officer let him out, he jumped up to wrap himself around Stolas, unable to help the furious rubbing against the other's chest.

Stolas held the other tight and sank to the floor, letting out soft relieved coos.

"I'm okay, everything is okay. I'm so sorry they did this to you, it was uncalled for."

"I...It's okay, I'm used to it..." Blitz tightened his arms around the other, squeezing his eyes shut. "More than that, I wanted to be there for you..."

Stolas leaned back and gently rubbed his thumb across Blitz's cheek, softly cooing to him. "It's alright, it's not like you made a choice to end up getting put here." He sighed and smiled sadly, head tilting slightly to the side as he really took in the worry from the other's face. "You're here now."

Blitz leaned into the hand holding his face and let out a subtle purr, relief leaking into his expression.

"I missed you." Stolas whispered, gently kissing his forehead. "Let's get going before they keep you here any longer."

"I...missed you too." Blitz mumbled quietly, blushing subtly as he tried to fight that urge to shut himself up. "Yeah, I guess it would be better to do this at home."

Stolas smiled softly and nuzzled their foreheads together.

"Yeah, home."

i was unsure about how to write this one at first but it ended up going well! Clearly there is a theme of duality. The idea of pairs or counterparts having that constant source of comparison because you’re like your literal half. But that got me wondering about the population of envy.

Like is envy full of twins??? Like just twins???

I’m super curious to see more of Leviathan in future episodes and whether her realm is twin-heavy.
