man as much as i say "fuck the marine" this is cool as shit. i don't even know how this land works??? is it natural/ a machine/ being lifted somehow? but man it really is awe-inspiring, which is 100% the point.
also, we have a new OP! this one is called "Brand New World", which looks to tease some JUICY scenes from this arc. it looks like the straw hats will somehow be able to hold their own against CP9, which should be awesome to see! the only question is how???

i know admittedly very little about this kumadori guy on the right, but he seems like a living parody of those ancient japanese performers. his voice.... annoys me.

what i do find interesting is that i feel like robin could very easily fight the marine. she has the smarts, the strength, and more importantly, they can't hurt her because they NEED her. i know the marine knows they have power over her, but i wonder when/ if robin will turn on the marine. hope its sooner rather than later. hate to see a beautiful woman suffer.
once again i do like how luffy despite being someone who cannot think about something for more than five seconds at a time still knows what the right thing to do is, and full sends it. logic be damned, and honestly he'll probably find a way to get around that too.
I also wonder if that technique he's talking about is teh same as the one in the new OP. he kicked back blueno, so it has to be! he probs found a counter to the cp9 powers.
does luffy know the stakes? they're basically at the marine's front (back?) door about to barge in. i don't think they'll have too many chances tbh.
there's gotta be something im missing because everyone here, even in the past few eps, has gotten whooped by cp9. so they must have some sorta weakness or trick to exploit because they are just... strong, that's all there is to it.
how do you even hide a gate like that? like this is the ocean, can't people just go around? or maybe that waterfall thing is a naturally occurring phenomena here.
i mean clearly we know the marine must have a way to destroy the sea kings, but i wonder if they have a way to control them like the franky family.
as much as i love those two its 10000% better if they're with the normal people not fighting the super strong demons.

i like how the marines here were all like "you lost bro?" and he still fuckin decks em lmao. him running right at them like an idiot is pretty funny too. it's always great to see luffy mow down those guys like ants, reminds me of the video games.
