INSTANTLY shut down hahaha that's great. chopper looks so proud of himself.

this is one of the coolest, most ominous moments in a while. The music that plays here really sells how sinister these pirates are.

ok, less ominous than expected. this is odd, but i like the way his nose looks. it's sharp yet rounded, like a soft pointy, y'know?

i kinda love this. there are geckos and lizards that do this in real life, too. mirroring movements is also just funny because you're in the desert and there is infinite space.

absolutely fuck with head umbrellas 100%.

poor rasa. to lose so much of herself, her hope, her life, to a promise that would never be granted. so sad. this is a really really sad backstory but it also explains her immediate distrust of vivi perfectly.

what i really like about this joke is that none of it is shown. we just get the in-betweens of ace, and this final punchline. great joke. the lizard looks so goofy.
