On less frustrating news, an old friend is returning… (kind of)
This was my fairyland feeple-mirodoll hybrid, and technically my first bjd. The first to arrive, anyways - second purchased. My first bought bjd was a withdoll ruby elf (if we exclude things like floating heads)
I regrettably sold her. I was a kind of broke college kid at the time and if I wanted to buy fun hobby stuff, I had to sell stuff I already had pretty much, and SDs were kind of overwhelming to me at the time (I’m only about 5’1/155cm tall and she felt practically my size lmao msds were a lot for me handle at first) and mirodoll is probably the near-worst posing body I’ve ever had the pleasure of handling so far in the hobby. So I sold her.
I didn’t buy this specific doll back (though I wish I kept that outfit lmao! Fantasy outfits can be hard to find), though I did find the same sculpt for a decent price :) she should be here before Easter. I am unsure if I will try to “recreate” the same doll again; I think it’s much more likely I might use her as a SD scale shell for Lyanna or Kai, especially since it’s unlikely I’ll manage to get a Feeple65 Siean anytime soon. (Totally willing to eat my words, though!)
Technically speaking, even though she has a feeple60 neck mech, I believe she is actually a Feeple65 event head… I’m not sure if I’d describe her as “underrated” as much as obscure, though; I believe she may have released at the same time of the highly desired feeple60 2012 juri head which was a recreation of the Luts delf juri 2005 head which…. Understandable, I would love to have her too 😂
