Dear Gus & Magnus,
Gus had a makeup baseball game tonight at the same time as Magnus's baseball practice, so we were running on all cylinders as a family. I told Mom we have definitely entered into a new era of parenting. She said she's into it. And I think I am too. Even though it has thrown our routine way off and I'm completely spent by the time we get home.

I came home from Convention this afternoon. Gus had a baseball game that got delayed because of lightning after we started, so I took the lead on entertaining the team in the dugout -- 3rd grade boys are insane. In an attempt to keep them busy, I tasked them each with grabbing a partner and working on a secret handshake.
