here's what I worked on in the Outer Wilds Block Party today!

the theme was "elderly", so I decided to attempt my take on Escall, who was presumably one of the eldest in his Clan to be Clan Leader; unfortunately I didn't get around to finishing him and I don't think I will finish him, but it was a fun design challenge - so . . . here he is!

Thinking about escall. We know next to nothing about him but he is very important to me. If he'd survived, he'd never forgive himself (Kind of valid if im being honest. GENERATIONAL fuckup even though it could have been fine, if not for Da Bramble)

More thoughts about ghost Nomai. I imagine Dark Bramble isn't any less inhospitable when you're a ghost, you just don't have to worry about survival. It's probably still incredibly hard to get out...but if you can get someone to guide you out, then it's okay.

(Also it would be nice for the other parts of the clan to know what happened to the third pod and vice versa :[ )

Bonus: The ghost of Escall, finally reunited with the ghost of the Vessel. It's referred to as a living thing (mortally injured, dying, etc) , so it feels like it should also have a ghost....
