Have a crappy edit. Nibs probably has this picture in a frame on her desk. Or something.

👾 - video games
“Well, for someone who is trained in the use of guns I do rather badly with shoot ‘em ups, racing games on the other hand, I’m great at. I tend to either play seriously or just for kicks, especially if those games involve being able to go ‘off road’. I also like simulation and RPG games.
It’s great teasing Marcus when we play ;)”
🌷 - taking care of living things
“I don’t really have many plants at the moment, though I hope to grow my own crops some time, we have a garden, but I haven’t had time to do much to it at the moment, what with children and work and housework. I do have a few pot plants in the house though, that I’ve managed to keep alive.
We used to have rabbits when I was a little girl, that me and my brother looked after, with a little help for my mum, they lived to a good age for rabbits.
All in all I would say I’m pretty good at keeping things alive,”
🍼 - taking care of children
“Well I seem to be doing good so far,” Nibs smiles “I am quite good at looking after kids, I sometimes help out at the GDF creche, so know all about the changing of diapers and feeds, and how kids want to get into everything. Don’t worry, I ony showed them to make a small harmless bomb in the form of a volcano...
Now I know all about the sleepless nights and the feeling of closeness a mother can have with her children...and not wanting to leave them. Hopefully soon I’ll be able to get Eva and Aslan to help me out in the garden.”
Good night little lion cub
It had been a long day but a good one and Nibs was rocking little Aslan to sleep in one arm, while she sat on the edge of Eva’s bed, a book in her other hand, she was reading a bedtime story.
Eva’s eyes soon began to droop, though she tried to fight it to get to the end of the book, she was too tired and was soon fast asleep.
Nibs smiled and put the book back, making sure she had a good hold of Aslan she gave Eva a kiss on her forehead and tucked her in tighter, whispering "good night my precious,".
Then Nibs went into her and Marcus’ bedroom and put the sleeping Aslan in the crib next to her side of the bed. It was one of the special cribs that the side came down so mother and baby could see each other. She gave him a kiss on the top of his head before she put him in and then got into bed, putting her glasses on the bedside table. She reached a hand out to him, “Good night my little lion cub,” Nibs gave a contented sigh and fell asleep.
@nibenhu Headcanon when, even after Aslan has been born, Marcus still feels guilty about doubting Nibs when she was pregnant and his walking out on her, until Aslan is three years old; Marcus has just come home from a mission for IR, and hears Aslan and Eva talking in the kitchen whilst Nibs is cooking dinner, and Aslan asks Eva and Nibs, "Why is daddy so upset when he looks at me?" And Nibs replies from the stove, "Because he still can't forgive himself for doubting that he is your father." And then Eva asks, "But you forgive him, don't you, mummy?" And Nibs pauses for a moment, and Marcus' heart clenches in his chest, and then Nibs says, softly and quietly, "There is not a thing on this Earth your father could do that I would not forgive him for." Aslan then says in agreement, "If mummy forgives daddy, then I forgive daddy, too." And Marcus slides down the wall in the hallway and just starts crying with relief, because his inner demons have finally left him.
