Asks and writing prompts

I am once again asking for your financial general support.

I am filled with ick and riddled with writer's block and want some ideas for things to write about. So I'm gonna take y'alls cool asks as suggestions.

It can be a wee writing prompt, a list of silly headcanons, a little opinionated essay perhaps, a fanfic request of some sort? (That might take a hot minute to crank out though)

I think it'd be a fun way to get me back into the loop of writing again.

I know I should make a list of things I'll be down to write about so:

I'm okidokie with NSFW.

I'm most, at least in writing, familiar with Arkhamverse Crane (Since he happens to be my favorite little munchkin)

If it's general, of course, I'll likely write within the confines of the Crowverse or Crowleyverse from over on @crowley-in-arkham might be fun. (Those I'll always tag with Crowley-in-Arkham so you can find them-- get me to work on CIA right haHA; good lord.)

I'll write about other characters in the Arkhamverse happily.

I'm also partial to the Mystic Messenger and Obey Me so if you're partial to those I'm not opposed to writing about my lads and lasses over there.

We could always talk about OFOS- (pls I cannot shut up about my book I'm sorry)

I'm an open book, with fingers ready to tip-tap type on a keyboard some random smut for the insatiable masses

or fluff pieces, if that tickles your fancy

Some silly x reader stuff is right on the board for you to take, for free even, take a bite, take a sip even. A little licky.

(I just need to write, and knowing someone is looking to read it is more than enough to make me)

Thoughts on potentially writing Lumity fics?

Likely not as they are portrayed as wee sweet babies and I write smutty smut smut so I can’t picture anything that would work with my genre, tbh. I have a hard time with Catradora for similar reasons, although they’re teens so it’s a biiit easier to picture them in their 20s or so for fic.

I enjoy the fandom and I have no issue with folks writing aged-up/teen audience fic of either pairing! Enjoy what you like! It’s just not going to inspire writing material for me because I’m a filthy dirty smut writer and I get the ‘awww’ feelings and not the ‘ooohh’ feelings from watching. If I were more of G-rated person it would likely be different but a leopard can’t change its spots, I have a Brand to uphold here people.

Also I heavily relate more to Eda because I’m a Certified Tumblr Old(tm) and that changes how you view the characters I think!!

Of Cuddles and Cocoa

This was a (sort-of) request from a friend on my IDV discord server. They wanted to see a Vera x Reader, and I answered. 

Plot: Just Vera cuddling their SO with hot cups of cocoa after a rough match.

WARNING: Reader insert.

Vera sighed, staring at her torn and dirtied clothes. This was her third match of the day and all she wanted was to curl up in her room and sleep. The hunter for that round was the Feaster, and despite her perfumes, she was quickly downed by the god’s tentacles and eliminated. The others didn’t fare much better. The Seer, after going to save her twice, soon followed after despite his best efforts, the Mind’s Eye was caught and eliminated before she was, and the Magician got terror shocked trying to rescue the Seer. So many things that could have gone wrong went wrong that match and now all she wanted was a nice hot bath and sleep. Thankfully, it was the last match of the day, so after parting ways with the others, the Perfumer headed straight to her room.

When she exited the bathroom, a towel wrapped around her and her hair still dripping wet, she was met with soft knocking. Vera huffed. She was honestly hoping for some peace and quiet. 

“Yes, yes, just give me one second.” 

Quickly drying off and changing into some more comfortable, yet presentable clothes, Vera opened the door, ready to give some passive aggressive remark, when she spotted you standing in front of her door, sheepishly holding two steaming mugs of what looked to be cocoa. 

“Sorry, I can come back later…”

“Ah, no, it’s fine. I was thinking it was one of the others. Please, come in. I’ve missed you.”

Vera flashed you one of her rare, soft smiles that she reserved mainly for you and for you only. You smile brightly back, entering the room without hesitation and set the cups down on the small table set in the middle of the room. Vera sits on the armchair, gesturing you over. You comply, making yourself comfortable on her lap. You both smile, sharing a quick, but sweet kiss. 

“I missed you.”

‘I missed you, too.”

You comb through your lover’s wet hair, patting it dry with the towel. Vera takes one of the mugs and sips it, sighing in content. 

“Now this is how you relax! Thank you, you always know how to make me feel better. Plus your cocoa is the best!””

You giggle at her antics, sipping your own cup.  “Well, it’s my job as your lover to make you happy. I hope you don’t love me just for the cocoa.”

Vera hugs you close, cradling her head on your neck. “Of course, not, love. I love you dearly, whether you have cocoa or not.”

“I’m glad.”

You stay that way for a while, drinks forgotten, with Vera’s head cradled gently in the crook of your neck, and you resting your head on hers. You’re both content, gently basking in the warmth of the other, until Vera falls asleep. Finishing your drink, you place your emptied mug on the table, and gently carry Vera to her bed. Tucking her in, you smile fondly to yourself, and after a bit of thinking, decide to snuggle up to her under the covers. Closing your eyes, the two of you slept until dinner call, where a very flustered Emma found you cuddled together in the same bed.
