Player gets hurt. Seriously hurt. Maybe they did it to themselves, maybe it was someone else.
They're bleeding out fast and they can't move.
Imagine being the Date everything cast knowing that without the dateviators on they're just objects and they can't do anything but watch as the life slowly drains from your eyes.
In a happy ending maybe they're able to help you, perhaps if you have the dateviators close to you they're able to get you some help.
But what if that isn't the case. What if they're just looking at their loved ones dying, knowing it's coming, they'll stop breathing.
And then you do. You stop moving.
And you never move again.
And they have to deal with you just. Being dead. And not only being dead, they have to look at your body until someone, someone actually alive can come and just... make you disappear.
I could go and make it more disturbing. Maybe you don't have close friends or you don't stay in contact with your family. How long will it take for someone to notice you aren't even alive. And every single object in the house is unable to do anything.
I can imagine if you have the love endings or friendship endings they would be extremely distraught beyond helping. Characters like Dorian would feel extremely guilty, blaming themselves. They're supposed to protect you, that's their whole deal, and they couldn't.
Some others literally feel you. They felt as your body became colder and the blood stuck to them.
I wonder how would they keep going when people start living in the house again. Some would try not to get close or gain feelings for the humans. Some others would be extremely protective.
Haha. Anyway. Ummmmm yes... I need people to write stuff like this.
