Breast pump series 2/3 🍼 @elvie : I have a love hate relationship with these pumps. I got them when I was about to give up pumping; the time spent hooked to the pump instead of taking care of my child wasn't worth it to me, my supply was dropping and I felt both stressed and guilty. So these pumps actually saved my pumping journey. They worked amazingly well for the first few months and became my primary pumps. They are quiet, discrete, gentle suction and easy to take apart and clean. You can't be too active while wearing them but you can certainly take care of your child, do light chores, and even sleep (on an incline)! However eventually something changed with my letdown and my milk would alway spray and wet the seal that controls suction. The pump stopped working for me at all. I eventually traded it with another mom for her Willow and the Elvie worked great for her. 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🍼 @willowpump 3 : I tried these in hopes that they would be a good replacement for the Elvies. The Willows are bigger, louder, and a lot more finicky than the Elvies. You need to use a flange that is the exact size of your nipple, or use an insert to achieve that size. And then, the suction is completely different to other pumps, so your boob needs to be trained to respond to it. I tried and tried but never made this work for me as well as the Elvies did. They were a good secondary pump to use on the go, but that's it. I could get relief from them but never a good emptying. On the positive side I experienced much less leaking issues moving around with these than I did with the Elvies. 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ #breastpump #breastfeeding #productreview #unfilteredhonestreviews #exclusivepumping #theEPlifechoseme #babymusthaves #frenchmomreview https://www.instagram.com/p/CZpydx8JPew/?utm_medium=tumblr
