Medtronic seems to have sent my package with pump supplies via UPS to a DHL package locker.
This doesn't cause any problems at all, nooo.
UPS wasn't able to locate it, and Medtronic is unavailable, because all employees are in talks with customers, and wants me to leave a message so they can call back.
The Medtronic emergency service, which I was able to reach now, only has access to the pumps, and can't issue replacements for failed supplies.
So, to recap: I have a parcel with urgent medical supplies. NOBODY has any information on where the parcel is. The parcel is headed to a void address. And I'm on my very last catheter.
