I bought a keyboard cover a while back, but it wasn’t latex free, so I couldn’t use it, so I put it ... somewhere ... not where I thought I put it, and not anywhere I think I would have put it ... this is giving me another migraine.
P.S. Yes, I’ve moved my bookshelves to look behind them.
Planners, Journals, and Workbooks?
Any ideas about how to find good planners, journals, and workbooks for research and writing and game design, as well as errands and self-care and so on? I am pretty forgetful and I am struggling with sensory issues, health issues, and ptsd.
I have a ptsd workbook already, though I haven't actually used it. I have a few planners which have been very helpful for me [I suggest getting at least a pocket calendar!], and health/symptom diaries which haven't usually been so helpful for me, though they have helped check whether certain foods cause certain symptoms. I also have a scatload of notebooks for research, writing, and game design, which tend to pile up. Lotsa notes, little organization, no progress.
I have been having worsening arm pain again, so paper-and-pencil tools would be better for me than computerized ones.
Obviously everyone's needs very, but a good list of planners and journals and workbooks for various purposes could be a useful resource for some forgetful people, spoonies, survivors, and others.
I saw one post about Rachel Abeller's Self-Care Journal earlier, and reblogged it earlier:

That said, I am not quite sure what kinds of self-care it focuses on.

Wrote my intro post for Bitch, and the Métis post will probably have to wait for another day. One Big Long-Form Thing (tm) is about my limit per day, I think. If that.
