Day 51, Thursday - Tell us about either a fitness / travel win or a fitness travel loss and what you learned from it. My biggest fitness travel win was when we went to Ottawa last fall. We went for a particular event and decided to stay a week to see some art exhibits as well as museums etc. Ottawa can be somewhat hilly in places and we had booked a hotel right in the middle of all the major attractions. Parking can be difficult as well as expensive so we walked everywhere. We walked miles every single day and although I was achy and tired when we went to bed for the night, I got up and did it again the next day. I had major doubts that I would be able to keep up with my long legged husband I did it. I learned that my body is capable of doing more than I give it credit for and that I CAN push past the pain. @imladris14
