I am very stuck on a sidequest in ToS.  I know you can fly to Exire, talk an old woman and enter a house to see Virginia there, but I’ve done and there’s no one in the building?

I tried it again just now after Colette’s rescue and have the whole gang(sans Kratos @ -@) together, and got the same result. No one was in the house.

I feel like I missed something? One guide said to try it after making a pact with Origin, but the other guides were like ‘do it when you have everyone and can use the rhiehards’, and I am lost.
