Here's an acknowledgment to plural members who are affected by their exo-trauma

Those who have nightmares

Those who can't allow the body or themselves to be touched

Those who lose themselves in memories

Those who make the body ill in specific ways

Those with trust issues so unlike the rest of the system

Those who will bite and lash out the moment a situation seems familiar to their memories or source

Those who don't know what to do with free-choice and freedom

Those who were so conditioned in their past they struggle to part from what they were made into

Those who are so incredibly affected by their exo trauma that it affects daily life

What if I just had a lot of consequent mental breakdowns because I was processing traumatic psuedomemories and people. Kept telling me that it was fine because they didn't actually happen jkjk...

UNLESS

Thinking about how our exo traumas tie into the bodily trauma...

But where's the militarism from my exo-trauma? Where'd that come from? Aside from SF-

I sat on it for a minute before realizing it was from generational trauma and living in a stiffling and authoritarian environment growing up. Me just sitting back and watching the gears click into place.

So, I was listening to a German live tv channel while cleaning up yesterday and suddenly the music from 00:06 reached my ears and it totally sounds like Exo's Trauma. I even the rewinded the broadcast to listen again and record it while I can 😂. Any ideas where the song is from??
