Ahora ese extraño es el amor de tu vida, la persona por la que harías todo, y me duele que esa persona no sea yo.
El tiempo me está enseñando a amarme, pero hubo noches donde extrañaba la forma en que me amabas tú

Extraño
Gregorio De La Vega had been a stage magician in his native city of Trujillo City, Peru. Although he possessed a moderate level of actual magical abilities, most of his act relied on traditional stage magic and sleight of hand.
In the course of the Millennium event, The Guardians of the Universe chose a series of humans to act as a new team of superheroes so to defend the planet from extraterrestrial threats. Gregorio was chosen and his magical abilities were substantially amplified (bestowing him the ability to fly and project energy bolts from his hands). He took on the codename ‘Extraño’ and joined the hero group known as The New Guardians.
Most of Gregorio’s new teammates were young and inexperienced and he took it on himself to act as a parental figure, offering guidance, nurturing and support. The New Guardians ultimately disbanded and Extraño relocated to the United States where he further honed his magical craft, becoming something of an expert in the laws of magic in the DC Universe.
Some time later, Gregorio met and fell in love with Hugh Dawkins (the fellow superhero known as The Tasmanian Devil). The two have since married and adopted a little girl named Suri.
At some point in his career, Extraño and the hero known as Midnighter teamed to to thwart the scheme of a homophobic vampire named Count Berlin. Later, Midnighter recruited Extraño to help him in rescuing Apollo from, a hell-like limbo dimension. More recently, Extraño acted as a part of the ‘Justice League Queer’ and protected a pride parade from the villainous Eclipso.
The hero first appeared in the pages of Millennium #2 (1988).
