The kind of dish that hits you on so many levels. Buttery sable fish. Umami spiked dashi with flavours of the ocean. Deep earthy flavour from the garlic Korean sticky rice and the local wild mushrooms. It had depth and lightness at the same time. A really big crowd pleaser.
