“Do your worst, Pitch!”
My jet of water catches him in the face. He backs off, laughing, but I track him. Then he decides he really doesn’t mind getting wet and renews his war against me."

@hushed-chorus says I shouldn't apologize, but I'm sorry nevertheless :c this chapter took a long time to be released because I lasted an insane amount of time drawing this piece. Life has been intense, but I finally finished my master, so yay! :D
I truly hope you keep enjoying this story, Demi and I are taking so much time and love co-writing and drawing. We got the chance to work on it together at the UK <3 so it is maybe one of the best projects I've worked on. I'm very proud of our efforts :D

Hola folks! And thank you to everyone who keeps tagging me! I hope to return to regular engagement, but my energy levels remain on a low ebb. I might need to be realistic about my ongoing spoon availability.
But I’m still writing in bits and pieces, even if little has seen the light of day. I’ve got a number of chapters of For All Intents and Purposes waiting in the wings. Hopefully real life will cool off and @erzbethluna and I will soon be posting again!
And I’m working on a fic for @carryon-disability-week. It’s a post-apocalypse, Fallout-inspired AU titled Hope Springs Eternal. The plot is broadly outlined, and chapter one is almost ready for my beta.
Finally, a new chapter of Those Glowing, Magickal Years went live on Friday and I’ll be posting weekly until Year Two is all up. Then a pause while I finished Year Three and return to a weekly schedule. Rinse and repeat.

Yes, that had been the idea. Once, before I even started Watford, my father told me how my mother took the stage at her club debut [REDACTED], and I knew I had to do the same. I wanted to make a statement. I wanted to remind everyone that I am her son and I stood for her legacy.
Which was true, once. Before the bloodlust came. Before the Mage took me under his wing. Before I saw Snow’s power, came to believe in it, and started helping his muddling efforts to find his place in it all.
Now I fear that I’m using my mother as a shield. As a way to hide my treachery.

I gently take Paddington from the twin, then press him into my chest. He smells like the Grimm house–like hardwood and potpourri. “Deal. I promise to take him everywhere.”

When Simon starts spitting fire and hoarding anything associated with Baz, the pair discover he has dragon heritage. Lacking knowledge on half-dragons, they decide to seek out guidance from the only dragon they know–Margaret.
And if they’re going to America anyway, why not make a road trip of it?
Cue monster boyfriends in love, dragony chaos, inventive spellwork and Simon finally getting the road trip of his dreams (with a little bit of adventure along the way).
Suddenly the bushes around us begin to shudder. I start, tail whipping free of Baz’s hand and looping around his waist, tugging him to me (to safety). The buds swell and break open. Deep red petals shudder and stretch before slowing and settling.
We’re surrounded by roses.
