Belt bag I made for one of my girlfriends for Christmas. I had never made a bag like this before, and figured she was a perfect guinea pig. 

I’ll be making more like this with simple designs, as well as offering custom work, in the shop in the (hopefully not too distant) future.

Was painting earlier today in a coffeeshop when a couple of kids stopped by where I was working. They’d been drawing too; the boy had been drawing monsters and the girl had been drawing princesses. Kids drawing is ‘way ‘way more important than my opinions about gender norms, but I also thought, hey, there’s no reason you can’t be both a monster and a pretty princess.

So, for my new ren faire garb, thinking green with darker green and like, pumpkin orange trim. Thoughts?
