My fucking dreams need to chill out bro

Yesterday I stepped on a nail and luckily my shoe took the worst of it but it still got me pretty good. The ball of my foot where it went in is pretty swollen, as is my big toe. It's also quite tender. I'll give it another couple days and go in if it doesn't start getting better. I'm UTD on my tetanus but I guess infection is still a thing, even though I scrubbed the shit outta it
