I'm pleased to announce the beginner bat pattern re-vamp is now complete just in time to end this most spooky of months! Rather than a simple pattern refresh, I started back over from scratch for this one. The design itself is updated. It now features: 💜A cute nose (would look great with a heart nose) 💜Ears shaped more like my original bat design 💜A pointed bottom to make it look more like a bat in flight since this version doesn't sit or have feet so there's no need to keep the rounded bottom. And the pattern got some great quality of life upgrades including: 💜The sizes for the materials needed 💜A cutting layout within those size suggestions 💜Photographed step by step instructions vs. the old illustrated ones 💜1/4 an inch seam allowance The price is also going to be raised to reflect these changes. As with all my patterns, those who purchased at the old price are still eligible for an upgrade to the new pattern for no additional cost. Since this and the Mothman pattern are being released so late in the month I've decided to extend the $2 off pattern sale for these 2 patterns only until November 7th when it will go up to the full price.
