To nobody’s shock, one of my bigger pride projects had to be Good Omens themed ~~ have some ineffable husbands to brighten up your day
This year we're doing things a little differently.
Rather than daily prompts, we're doing weekly themes, plus two free days at the end of June.
Rules:
All community rules in the pinned post apply.
All submissions must include a Reader or OC.
Submit whatever sings to you during the week, as long as it fits the theme. Examples include: Graphics Moodboards Art Oneshots Long fic Edits
All colours of the 2SLGBTQIA+ spectrum are welcome!
Make sure to tag @marvel-oc-hub with your submissions so we can reblog them and gather them into the Pride 2026 Masterlist.
Tag your fic with the respective theme (or themes, if you choose to use more than one!) or include it in the fic description.
Have fun!
The last day to submit your entry for this event and have it added to the collection will be 15th July - we're giving you all a little extra time this year!
The Themes:
June 1st to 7th: Coming Out Show us a coming out story featuring your OC/Reader either as the centre of the story or an ally.
June 8th to 14th: Expand the Rainbow Show us relationships that live in little-explored areas of the colour spectrum! For example: demiromantic, homoflexible, omnisexual, etc.
June 15th to 21st: Queerplatonic Show us your OC/Reader's most important Marvel queerplatonic relationship(s). If the fic is NSFW, please ensure you use all appropriate tags/labels.
June 22nd to 28th: Ceremonies Show us any form of binding/wedding/commitment ceremony or celebration for your OC/Reader!
June 29th & 30th: Free Space Show us what love means to you, these days are free space for you to let your creativity shine!
Remember when fandoms were about coming together, celebrating what we loved, and discussing things respectfully?
It's hard to remember that feeling with all the hate going around. Proshippers just want to celebrate creativity without being told what they can or can’t enjoy. Isn't that the whole point of being a fan? Everyone should feel free to explore fandom in their own way. Don't let people tell you how to fandom. ✨
Pride Parade
Fic number one for @marvel-oc-hub's Pride Event.
This week's prompt is "Coming Out".
Relationships: None
Platonic Steve & Reader
Gender-neutral reader
Word Count: 200
Double-drabble format.
It's Pride month once again and in the spirit of Gallacrafts nearing its end, we're doing it with a twist this year! We've had #Shameless Pride and we've had #Gallapride. Now, get ready for

Theme 46: Fandom Pride
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍🩷🩵
This month it's all about sharing work you're really proud of. Maybe it's something you started working on, or thought about working on, that you abandoned, but you’re still really proud of the idea and you’d like to continue working on it! Or perhaps someone else’s work inspires you, so you're doing your own twist on it as a craft for someone’s fic or meta or based on someone’s art! Maybeee you're a mastermind of thoughts and serve us up a delightful collection of prompts! The world is your oyster this month!
All we know is you deserve to be celebrated and so do your fan works and we can't wait to see them!
Posting day will be next Sunday 22 June and as always please @gallacrafts and use the tags #gallacrafts #theme 46 and #fandom pride so we can see your creations and flail around in the comments.
See you next Sunday and 🌈Happy Pride!🌈
Theme 46: Fandom Pride
Taking a philosophical approach to this month’s @gallacrafts - because really, any piece of media that you fall in love with breaks your heart in one way or another, doesn’t it?
Characters that you love: change or die. Couples that you adore: break up. Ships that you want to see: never become canon. And even a piece of media that is 100% *perfect* (and we all know that particular White Whale doesn’t actually exist), at some point inevitably ends. Or maybe it’s purely the fact that you LOVE something, and no one in your real life truly understands… whatever the reason, one way or the other, you’re bound to get your heart broken.
And that’s where fandom comes in.
Finding people that love something just as much as you do. People who do not think you’re being way too intense, way too invested, way too specific, way too horny, way too weird. But instead people who are right there with you. Every step of the way.
And with each step, they will help you mend your broken heart.
(Alternatively, the @gallacrafts where Michelle has a broken suncatcher she’s kept for months, cause she couldn’t bring herself to throw it away…)
.
Some step by step behind the cut
I got this tattoo on my 18th birthday. It's not just a dedication to the worlds best and only consulting detective (and also his favorite love interest Dr Watson) but also a reminder that I am never alone. The Sherlock Holmes books and the whole Fandom helped me to get through a very though and bad period of my life and I'm so grateful for it. I still love this Fandom unbelievably much and the stories (Canon as well as adaptions ) still give me this cozy and warm feeling of coming home.
And one thing always rings true :
There is no grave for Sherlock Holmes.
