Ok, so here's the thing and I need Tumblr and fandom wisdom what to do:
I'm thinking - JUST thinking right now - about writing something around "Transformers" fanfic and after some research and preparations, I have a problem.
I found in deepest lore a character that was seen very little in "Transformers" series - or maybe my resarch sucks and it appeared more? Right now I'm not sure. But anyways, here's what I want to do:
I want to write a new origin for this specyfic character, give some more background + powers, but I think this maybe a controversial take?
I want the story to take place on Cybertron at an early stage of the conflict between the Autobots and the Decepticons
a race related to the Cybertronians would play an important role - as a third, independent faction,
I want protagonists of the story to be younger at the beginning,
I want to show in the story the perspective of the war on Cybertron from the perspective of someone who took part in fierce fighting and survived the war - including wounds and scars that will never heal, moral and life losses
important question: in the face of a "greater" threat, is there a chance for peace?
Is there an interest on here for a HumanOC x Transformers fanfic?
Super super brief synopsis:
OC was an astronaut that crash landed on Cybertron, she gets captured by the Autobots and learns that survival is possible on their planet. She sends signals back to Earth documenting everything she is encountering. Her brother was also an astronaut on the ship that crashed and was taken by the Decepticons. OC wants to save her brother and of course go back to Earth but has to earn the trust of the Autobots . Room for romance possibly????
Feedback much needed!!! This plot has been taking up space (pun intended?) in my brain for so long and I need to know if there is an audience for it :3

UPDATE ON THE FANFIC "LOST SPARKS" SITUATION - PART OF THE TEXT
Ok, so here's the thing: I've written about my doubts and struggles, but I also want to share something very positive.
So I thought I'd share short part of fanfic I'm currently writing. Title is still work in progress:
"LOST SPARKS".
What is this part about? It's not a big spoiler about the whole story, just part of the dialogue. This particular scene involves two characters: Nightbird and Jetfire. It's partially slice of life scene, but there are also hints about Jetfire's condition, that will play important role in the plot for next parts of the story...
If you don't want to get to the text, that's ok. So I leave cut here.

Nightbird sat on the window sill and watched her siblings. She took a drag on her ci-gi and slowly blew out the smoke. Triplets were sitting under a tree in the garden, she could calmly watch them as they did their homework.
It’s so peaceful to know they are safe.
She enjoyed this view from far, mainly cause she didn’t want to interrupt them. She remembered clearly when she and her friends were sitting in the same spot, relaxing after a long day of classes. Sometimes Father joined them, and then they often argue and debate over music, art, movies or just listen to some nostalgic stories from Cybertron…
‘I think even on Cybertron it was considered a bad habit’, Jetfire’s voice was very calm and emphatic.
Nightbird look over her shoulder and smiled. She inhaled again.
‘Well,’ she exhaled the smoke. ‘We’re not on the Cybertron.’
But he was right – it wasn’t something she should be proud of.
‘We’re not,’ mech smiled, but suddenly became visibly sad.
Oh-uh.
‘Hey,’ Nightbird jumped down from the window sill, and reached her hand to him. ‘Come here.’
Jetfire leaned against her and let her hug him.
‘I’m sorry.’
‘Don’t be,’ his voice was soft, but she felt he was hurt. ‘You didn’t said anything wrong.’
‘I was very indelicate, I should be more careful with things I’m saying.’
‘No, it’s just me… I’m still struggle with anxiety because of state of my mind.’
‘Stop, don’t blame yourself.’
‘But –’
‘But it’s going to be okay, you remember a lot, don’t you?
‘You know… It’s still weird that I remember how to work in the lab, but I don’t remember things about my personal life, any important informations about current state of planet… I don’t even remember people, I used to know back on Cybertron, faces and names are blurred, and –’
‘You will, of course, you will get your memories back,’ Nightbird said this with determination. She pulled away so she could look into his eyes. ‘I’m sure about it! Just… it takes time. Trust me.’
‘Ok,’ Jetfire took a deep breath and breathed sigh of relief.
‘Remember, it’s not a problem to have a spark to spark conversation, if you ever need one.’
‘We are having one right now.’
‘Yeah, we do,’ she chuckled. ‘Should we continue?’
‘I would like to, but maybe later, cause your Father is calling you to the lab.’

When? I can't say for sure. I will give you some sneak-peeks from time to time. But as I mentioned in one of last posts: I'm hoping it will be June/July when I will publish first chapter. I will give you update as soon as possible!
Ok, so little update on situation: I already finished Chapter 0 - story before the main action. And I have drafts for next chapters, so here I come~~
Important question: when it will start? Hopefully (probably) late June/early July. I want to complete 80% of entire first act, before publishing anything.
Ok, soooo here I am... With some struggles. And with some informations.
Struggles... The greatest of them all is definitely fact that english isn't my first language, so yeah, it's a real struggle - but I commited to write fanfic in english, to prove to myself it's possible... so you get a point.
BUT the worst part of my whole creative process: I'm nervous like hell. I'm serious - I NEVER EVER comitted to something like this and I'm scared. Like - scared to death.
But I think I want to try.
About writing: I think I did a good job today, cause I moved from plans and some sketches to actually writing something. I really would love to share what I wrote today, BUT it would be to soon!!! Sorry!!!
About story: besides things I wrote in my last post I think right now I don't want to say anything - because, of course - SPOILERS. I don't want to spill to much, if it's not necessary.
Chapters: honestly, I can't say how long this will be - we will see. We'll see... But I think it will be definitely divided it 2 or 3 parts. Probably. You know, like seasons of TV series or anime.
When it will start? It's the toughest question of them all. I don't like being hurry, but also I'm currently working on other projects and started working on my drawing skills... 24 hours is not enough. I mean it.
BUT - when I will be sure that I have enough material to share with you, I will create masterpost (that's how it's called?) and I hope everything will be ok... There will definitely be some - for example -#spark fanfic or something, so you could find this story eventually if you like it or possibly tag me or whatever reason.
Another struggle is definitely the title of the story... But I think I will definitelly decide on title when I'll be half way to the ending of part one before uploading anything.

In a distant galaxy, a planet called Cybertren was born from the old gods of Primus and Unicron. They gifted their original thirteen creations, each with one of their own abilities. Over centuries, most of those gifts were lost during countless wars and conquerings. Kingdoms and countries fell until all that was left were four great kingdoms.
The four great kingdoms battled for dominance and war razed the planet for nearly thirty years until the passing of the great Prith king the newly crowned Optimus brought peace.
I have this transforms fanfic idea that I’m really considering doing so that I can finally settle on roughing out the edges. So...I’m just gonna write out the basic plot here. It’s multiverse, starting with G1 Cliffjumper, who was once stuck int G1′s shattered glass, returning but evil Autobots following him. Basically, this ends with the multiverse being opened. Blah, Blah, Blah they get together a coalition of Decepticons and Autobots, some Cons side with the Evil Autobots (who they nickname the Autocons because simpler) and the story really gets started then. It focuses on the medic team of Alpha House (the base they made to fit most of the coalition), which consists of G1 Ratchet, Swoop, and First Aid, Prime Knockout and Starscream (whose bound to a wheelchair), and the human daughter of the people who own the land Alpha House is built on (she’s honestly is in there because that’s where she wants to help and there she can clean up the counters and stuff). I’m also considering having their be other dimensions aside from the TF ones be open which would mean the inclusion of a Ralts that belong to Knockout. The rest of it is just kind of them interacting with each other and the rest of Alpha House with the plot of the war kind of being a background to it all. (Like I would love to make this a comic, I think it would work better, but I can’t draw that great as it is, much less robots)
