Basically ever since the comic started, I've been wanting to compose a fansong for the amazing webcomic "Tiger, Tiger" by @pepurika that has been a constant source of entertainment, joy and inspiration in the last *checks calendar* eight years of my life! And with us now entering the final chapter and the comic having just won an Eisner Award (congratulations for that, absolutely deserved!!), what better time than now? I wanted this song to feel a bit like an opening to the comic and capture the sense of adventure and fun (but also a bit of mystery) that the comic so perfectly combines - I hope I could do it justice! To everyone who has not read Tiger, Tiger yet - what are you waiting for, go read it right now!!

Many of you guys have been tagging me in this, and I wanted to wait until I had a quiet moment to truly appreciate what I knew would be an awesome experience.

This incredible work of art drove me to tears multiple times throughout watching it. The creativity and talent of people in this community continues to amaze me, and I am so so so grateful for this beautiful creation. Genuinely, hearing lines from the fic voice acted made me start ugly crying, such a surreal feeling. And the lyricism was stunning as well. I am so honored that you chose this story to make a song for!
