Shoutout to the Rashomon episode of MLP for giving us this lovely little peek into the psychosexual framework of the Rarijack mind
AJ envisions her girl as a resplendent duchess (makes sense), while Rarity pictures her lover as…a salty sea captain.
Truly astonishing.
Girl will throw herself at any 7/10 man who even sneezes in her general direction, but when it comes to women? It’s crusty gals or nothing.
Not sure what you would even call that, but good on her for having it.
Its important to state that Rarity's outfit is specifically a reference to Titanic. AKA Applejack is envisioning Rarity as a woman that needs to be swept up by adventure and love by a rough and toubling working class person.
Rarity envisioning AJ as someone about to hunt a white whale is pretty funny xD maybe she wants AJ to be more obssessive and commanding nyeh
