May have tripped upon a new habit that is working for me. I have been doing fasting (except for my warm ACV + Bee Free Honey drink) cardio in the AM then immediately eating what you see here for the first meal of the day. Later my 2nd workout is strength training, followed or preceded by dinner as long as I eat before 6 PM. There was a definite difference in my energy and I finally see some change in my love handles. Additionally, I woke up with absolutely zero bloating and less during the day. The only new factor is fasting cardio, but I'm going to continue for a few days and tweak things to see if this continues. #fastingcardio #exercise #fitness #healthyeating #howcountrygirlsgetdown
