Whilst trying desperately to claw my way through moving house with cfs, (chronic pain and exhaustion) without propper reat days to recover and with a sprained rotator cuff/pulled trapezium muscles and stiff neck! 😰😥😌😅

False concern from an internet stranger that had to reblog  the same blog post twice. Maybe she felt her first post wasn't nasty or “telling” enough. This finger-wagging schoolmarm attitude does no one any good. What’s wrong in indulgence? If she would've read my post she could have known that I don’t do this every day. I deserve to treat myself with something that’s going to change the course of my week.Why does she have to piggyback on my post for tumblr points? Why does she need this thirst to pick one me and others? Go run your 5 minute mile. Go binge watch a TV show on Netflix. Find another form of entertainment that doesn't involve picking and ruining the day of an internet stranger.

I am fat.

And that’s not ok.

All my life I’ve dealt with this intense discomfort. All my life I’ve had to deal with not being able to keep up with my friends in sports and running. All my life I’ve had to deal with being called names and ridiculed for my size. And you know what?

Being fat isn’t ok.

Being fat prevents me from doing the activities I’d love to do. Being fat prevents me from feeling good about myself. Being fat prevents me from being the person I strive to be. Being fat prevents me from exceeding the limits on what my body can do.

To me, being fat isn’t a lifestyle choice. It’s a disgusting, nauseating and gluttonous vice that should not be prevalent in today’s society.

If you’re over 300 lbs you’re not suppose to be alive.

That feeling you get when you’re out of breathe just by going up a couple flight of stairs? That’s your body telling you that something is severely wrong and needs to be corrected.

Why did I write this? I have no idea. Just emotions I suppose. A statement I am putting in writing on how I will never stop striving to improve myself as a human being. I am currently down 30 pounds of fat in 6 months, and am currently 205. 

I plan on being sub 200 by summer.

This is a statement I am making for myself, that I will not stop this glorious new hobby of mine called Exercising.

I will become the greatest person I can be.

I will become the greatest human I can be.

I will become the greatest mind I can achieve.
