At the moment, I’m not a member of any gym. Why:
The only reason I would go to a gym is for fitness classes
That would mean my specific times na I had to get to the gym
That is a problem kasi I work and I go to uni
So masasayang lang ang membership fee ko
So I workout at home. In my room. Yep.
I’m using FitnessBlender’s workout program. They have amazing workouts. If alam mo na ung mga combinations ng workout na gagawin mo, you can go to their YouTube channel as they have heapssss of free workout videos. I purchased their 2-Week program for like $8 which is like super cheap compare sa mga programs na naglipana jan. Ngayon naman, binili ko ung 8-week fat loss program, it was around $16. Push ko na talaga toh! Its so good kasi I don’t have to waste my time thinking what workout should I do every single day kasi they already planned it out for me. Saka hindi naman magwowork kung panay jogging lang ang gagawin ko hahah. For their workout programs, they put together different types of workout like cardio, HIIT, strength training (my fave), pilates and so on kaya I know it will work with clean eating of course. Yung mga videos na ginagamit nila sa mga workout programs nila are the same free videos that you can access sa kanilang YT. I don’t mind paying for those kasi it saves me time and its perfects for someone who know nothing about workout routines. By the way I am not sponsored by them hahah.
Apart from my FB workouts, kapag rest day ko I hike naman sa Castle Hill aka the-killer-iconic-hill-in-tsv. Para lang din pinagpapawisan ako and makumpleto ko ung 10,000 steps ko a day. Or kapag nagising ako ng maaga, I jog sa Riverway, its a walking/running track by the river. Kapag bakasyon ko na sa uni, I might try jogging to different tracks here para maiba lang.
So that’s the physical activities I try to stick to as part of changing my lifestyle. Move! Move! Move!
