hi hello so uh: teifling adjacent species- aka [i dont have a name for them yet,,,,]

so they're often confused for teiflings, they have similar eyes, horns and ears but the specifics are a bit different.

Their skin tones are non human and range from darker mid blue to purple tones, meant to allow them to better blend into shadows and the night sky

Their horns are actually continuously growing unlike tieflings, although both of them have a wide variety of possible horn shapes. Like homestuck

Their eyes are different as well, with them actually having pupils and irises unlike teiflings. Definitely good dark vision, although i think thats also a tiefling trait

Anyway this all to say M is this whole thing but also really estranged family line of herobrine, hence white eyes. Its like the uncomfortable family reunion. Thanksgiving but you dont like grandma.

Because they're nocturnal many of them have trouble adjusting to a diurnal society, so while its not unheard of to see them during the day, many can be found working night shifts with other nocturnal species.

Their dark vision means theres often less light in homes and on roads in areas with many of them around. Although shops and roads in more diverse or urban areas will still have lights.

One of the more common religions amongst them requires protecting their hair, which is often done via hats ot headscarves. Because horns get in the way, its not uncommon to see horn trimming places. Its like a nail salon.
