He felt like he was going to be sick. Izare could sense the aura but it didn’t make sense.

“Logan? Are you…? Fuck!”

Izare covered his ears when the guns were fired again. What was happening?! That couldn’t be Logan. But the energy, gods this was so wrong!

“N-Ni-San… I hope you’re not seeing this…”

Izare could feel tears stinging his sapphire eyes. Everything about this was so wrong. It confused and terrified him.

Old, but cute. It brings me join every time I look at it, I drew this in a drawing competition against a kid I was babysitting, I got the bad markers (heh of course) but it was still a good memory…. Glad I could share this!

Between quietly going feral over Alpha Base while prepping it for NaNo and not being able to scream about it because -literally- no one will know the story until I actually write it down and also getting the overwhelming urge to dunk myself head-first back into Trigun Stampede but not having anyone willing to let me to force feed it to them and so I’d have to go back in alone…

Prince Noctis let out a loud yawn as he snuggled close to the spectator of his ancestor. Since he survived the attack, Noctis can perceive the realm of the dead- he can see ghosts. Which in turn all them to see him. However, his ghostly harassers dared not to come around as long as the founder king was around which made the young prince limp after him.

Especially after Tenebrae.

Somnus was unused to any of his heirs being able to see him without having worn the Ring, but the youngest of his line was an exception in many ways. Interesting, how much they looked alike - his hair, however, was a bit more like Somnus' son's than Somnus' own. Well, Lumis had often worn it partially in braids, as his mother's people did, but that was neither here nor there.

Did it make him feel more protective? Perhaps, a little. He liked to think he would have reacted favorably regardless. In any case, he found himself lingering near young Prince Noctis, an invisible companion and protector. Dead he may be, but spirits possessed their own power. And this close to the Crystal.... no, no one was going to challenge him in his own domain.

He would keep the boy safe.

thinking yet again about how jenny is so impossibly incredibly compassionate on a level that is absolutely insane considering the kind of situation she was raised in, and how at her very core, her heart is so so soft and so easily bruised. literally all her energy in canon is being channeled into making sure she is never correctly perceived as someone who can be hurt and giles sees that in her anyway and wants to hold her through it. who WOULDN’T fall in love with that?
