yet more femslash outlines/prompts. gonna make two posts today, because double calendar. first a slightly silly one, and the éminath later is tragic to balance it out
femslash february #4: zoé/fei (manners)
zoé and fei are both very hung up on manners. both of them hold doors open for people, are careful about holding their cutlery right, never talk with their mouths open, and if they go to a restaurant with someone they will pull the chair out for their partner.
so when they get matched for a blind date, that ends in absolute disaster and a shouting match.
of course, they still have manners. so they apologise, and they square up, and they decide to part ways as... not enemies, at least.
zoé can't stop thinking about fei afterwards, though. it wasn't like the time she tried to date alix and had to give up because that girl had no manners - they just obviously had very different styles and paradigms. she looks into the paradigms that fei followed, and decides to try again. she isn't going to give up on manners; instead, she's going to be the perfect recipient for manners.
when she does get a second date with fei, though, it turns out they both had the same idea. as they both stand there in floor-length dresses, waiting for the other to pull out a chair, fei snorts and says maybe from now on, they should take turns.
