I just thought about how interesting an idea for a "Broken Pantheon" fanfiction would be. Ahem... *Fanfare sounds*

The "What If?" column.

What if not the demigods, but the gods themselves were displaced? So, the original gods lived in their original universe, and then—bam!—they find themselves in a state of who-knows-how-many years BC. As for children, they have the "Empty Set" symbol: one per god, and (possibly) a bunch of side effects from their own existence. Maybe Typhon, or Kronos... And that's it. They can't dump this problem on the demigods; this is not that kind of situation. They have to get off their asses and deal with interpersonal relationships and common problems.

Meanwhile: The gods of the broken pantheon ended up in modern-day New York, with a different set of domains and a bunch of semi-divine children within walking distance. And, of course, there are modern realities: cars, technology (Hermes is probably in shock from the workload). And things aren't exactly smooth for them either. Let's say, Typhon, who wasn't sealed tightly enough because they neglected the task during their collective triumph after the battle on Manhattan, or something similar.

Am I cooking or am I cooking with this idea? Follo with a goth resder with a jinki equally as cool, not to mention super mysterious and quiet. this has resurfaced in my mind lately, so i present to you:

Anderperry Ice Hockey AU

(NOT A HEATED RIVALRY AU!!!!! THIS AU HAS BEEN IN MY HEAD FOR AGES BEFORE HR!!!!! yet i wouldnt complain about a hr anderperry au wink wink nudge nudge)

Neil plays for his local ice hockey club with his friends, he does it just "for fun" but theres no doubt that he is great at it. Todd, who is just fuming at the world after his older brothers death (who was also previously Neils teams coach...). Todd was kicked out from his old club for starting one too many fights, so he joins Jeffreys old team. He meets Neil, and is at first irritated by his charming demeanour and gorgeous face, and thinks he's all looks. Todd eventually figures out Neil isn't only a pretty face...

Todd has to face his struggles as an angry teenager grieving the only person in his family who genuinely did like him, and realizing that loving another boy is okay. (+ Neil is constantly battling his own depression, loosing his will to play hockey, but somehow he is just getting better at it so he must decide if he wants to persue his hobby as more or not.)

In my original AU that i thought up last year, Neil was a figure skater while all the other poets played ice hockey and Todd met Neil through the poets.

Idealy it would be set in the 90s-2000s but I personally think it would work in pretty much any modern time period.

Give me a fanfic where will is in danger after unlocking his powers and hasn't quite gotten used to it because he apparently activated them like 5 mins before and Mike is standing there watching as Vecna makes his way towards Will but Will is firmly standing infront of Mike . Mike sees this and then something between Vecna and Will happens and Mike and Will are no longer standing close , from a far view Mike sees Will in danger and then BOOM , he is thinking of the first day they met , the first game they played , the swings and his hands reach out into his pockets and it brings out their dnd figures and balls them into his fists and then looks back at Will in danger and BOOM those dnd figures turn into a shield and a sword and he starts walking towards Vecna , all in his knight / paladin energy and takes him out before he can take Will . And then after that Will is like how did you do that ? And Mike is looking astonished himself and he comes to the realisation that love made him so crazy he become a shafe shifting paladin Mike .

I need a fic where Chuuya is turned into a cat because of an ability and gets picked up by Atsushi. But to his horror, Atsushi recently moved to a different apartment with Kyouka and Dazai (Kyouka needed her own room, and with Dazai moving in, their flat was just too cramped). However, he likes Atsushi, he is a nice fella, and Kyouka is a very caring person too, but damn he needs to get back to his body, he cannot stay a cat forever! And what is worse, stupid Dazai keeps trying to touch him... However, at some point, he sees something that was never disclosed to him: Dazai and Atsushi are dating, they are a thing, and that is also the reason why they moved in together.

Dazai soon realizes Chuuya is actually the cat. It turns out there has been an ability user targeting the Mafia and their families, which, while not ADA's business at the beginning, became their case when the government assigned them to capture this individual.

When Chuuya finally turns back into his own body, however, he has a hard time letting go of the friendship he built with Atsushi...
