Today...

12:30 pm: I met up with a friend for a quick lunch at a restaurant. No worries I ordered a salad :)

2 pm: Headed back toward my place a went for a run by the beach.  My run, or my slow paced jog, was half an hour.

3:30pm: Did the Fight Conditioning Workout from George St.Pierre's Rush Fit program

4:30 pm: Concocted a post workout shake consisting of: 3 handfuls of baby spinach, 1 cup of cubed watermelon, 2 baby cucmbers, 2 sprigs of mint leaves, 1 large banana, and 1 cup of coconut water.  This yielded a 32 oz shake.

4:45 pm: Showered and got ready for work - I waitress
