Healthy Low Carb Cannoli
Ingredients:
¾ cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
½ Josephs Lavish Bread
2 packets Monk Fruit in the Raw
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Almonds (chopped) to garnish
Directions:
Cut lavish bread in half.
Roll corner to corner to make the shape of a cannoli and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes on 250 degrees.
Mix ricotta, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Transfer to plastic bag and cut the corner off to use as a “piping bag”.
Pipe mixture into the cannoli and garnish with chopped up almonds.
Serve and enjoy!
