hey!! I'm not autistic so I doubt I'll really GET it but how does/would autism influence an autistic persons gender? I'm not calling it fake or anything but I'm just curious (sorry if this is a weird question)

its kinda hard to explain
when youre autistic things are generally a lot different to you than they are to other people. social concepts and social constructs sometimes dont make sense to autistic people.since gender is a social construct, an autistic person might not understand it and figure out that they’re nonbinary. if they thought that they might be nonbinary because their autism makes them not understand the rest of society’s concept of gender, they may choose auti(s)gender if they want to
this is just my personal take on it, dont take my word above all else. but PLEASE note that autigender is a VALID and REAL thing, its NOT saying autism itself is a gender and that ENTIRE POST was absolutely fucking disgusting.
