Hi! This is your daily check in!
Have you given yourself sunlight today? Do it!
Have you fed yourself the nutrition lately? Go do it!
Have you watered yourself recently? Go do it!
Have you treated yourself with the kindness and care you'd treat a lil plant with today? Go do it!
This is your reminder that just because someone is queer doesn't mean they can always be trusted.
Just because someone is a POC doesn't mean they can always be trusted.
Just because someone is neurodivergent doesn't mean they can always be trusted.
And just because they are in these communities does not mean whatever hurt they cause isn't real.
Pain is real, and pain hurts.
You are not the person in the wrong if someone in a minority group hurt you.
It doesn't just have to be the cishet white christian men hurting you to make your pain valid.
There are bad people of every religion, shade of skin, orientation, anything.
Their actions cannot be justified because of their traits.
However this is never a reason to say they cannot be outraged by you being offensive towards them.
Being offensive is being offensive, end of story.
Your pain is your pain and their pain is theirs.
But not everybody in minority groups are guaranteed good guys.
Stay safe, lovelies <3
Hello! I wanted to take a minute to talk about this trend on tiktok!
~Full disclaimer I chose to link this lovely person's video because I didn't feel comfortable linking other people's body positivity posts because I don't have their body type, so I'm using hers purely because she was one I could find that I didn't feel guilty about sharing!~
I know tiktok and tumblr can have some clashes sometimes but I wanted to talk about this trend
I love body positivity movements, 100%, I support them completely. Trends like this however make me a bit mad sometimes. Because if you scroll through the popularity of the videos, you have a dramatic drop in every plus size person's post compared to those who are skinnier.
I don't say this as discouragement to any smaller person, but hear me out.
I think a lot of times with these trends, as fun as they are to do, they aren't always just for you to do.
We have to take a step back and remember to boost other people's videos too, because even though it is a body positivity trend, there is still fatphobia and prejudice in the world, and it hurts a lot of people.
I love seeing this trend going around, and no hate to any of the creators, I just wanted to give my little opinion! <3
A concept:
✨A Heartbroken Heartbreaker✨
I'm having very conflicted feelings about this. Thoughts?
"there may be voices in my head but now theyre just the normal kind" fucking mood though. dont know where its from heard it in middle school but its a fucking mood
