Russian River + Firestone Walker Stivo Keller Pils (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. A really nice pilsner with some grassy and floral hop notes in the nose. Nice and restrained with some bready grain sweetness in the body and while still quite crisp in the finish, there's a slight softness from this being unfiltered.

おなじみレシピ違いIPAのリリース6バッチ目。今回は前よりダンクなアロマが強くなり、飲みくち爽快な印象は変わらないままでジューシーさよりも苦味と濃厚なダンクなフレーバーを口の中でも感じさせる作りになっている印象がある。ダンクなIPAが好きな向きにはうってつけかも。自分も好き。
