Have you heard of the app Pact?!?
I came across this app called pact where you can make money by completing challenges!! Like real money!! You sign up for one of the three pacts, do te challenges and if you make it you earn rewards and money and if you fail, you pay!! Crazy!! I am doing a veggie pack to start and see where that takes me and if I do really good I'll move up to the workout and food log one!!! Anyone else do this?! neverregretasecond???
Day 3- 21 day fix.
Ugh..... I ate some chicken wings and potato thins and a nacho chip with supper last night at my fair well party. I feel bad for doing that. Although I didn't have carbs or a lot of protein yet, it still isn't healthy, and I feel bad because I couldn't say no. Bleh. It's not like it was a lot and it hasn't thrown me off , but I am still beating myself up for this. But today I am eating good so I'm feeling ok ☺ I am feeling really good on day three ! Not as many cravings or desire to go eat fast food, I am enjoying the food I am eating , and my body is stain to feel fresher is that makes any sense! I am starting a new job in two days this full time, Monday to friday, and I am really excited about this!! I like structure and I like keeping busy so this is perfect! I will have no time to worry about eating or food!! I am a lot really excited about body pump class tomorrow!!
Good morning!!
It's day five of my Jamie Easton workout program, and it was chest and triceps day.. I can't move my upper body. But I love this feeling so it's all good!! Plus bonus for the day, according to my app, I have so far lifted 30k in weights total!!! To me, that's mind blowing!!! I am so glad to be doing this app so it can tell me how I am doing so far!! Other bonus, I can tell working out is taking effect because my pants can hardly stay up anymore!! I don't physically see the changes but to see that my pants can barely stay up is good enough for me!! I'm also starting fitness classes with samuraithiessen this week!! Woohoo! It's gunna be fun!! How are you guys doing on your fitness journey??
New week!
OK so I didnt post yesterday but thats ok because I will today!!
THe other day was ab and shoulder day! I have to say, I dont feel the burn of those workouts today! It makes me sad. Maybe I just need to push harder tomorrow. But overall it was a good workout!
Today i was not feeling good AT ALL! ( lady stuff) so I didnt go yet, however that does not mean i didnt get a workout today!
Travis bought new leather couches for downstairs, and we are getting rid of the ones upstairs, so I called samuraithiessen up and asked her if she could come help me. Needless to say that big couches and small stair cases dont make a good fit. It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to get the first couch upstairs. We had almost given up. HOWEVER I knew there was a way and figured it out, so we got it up there with a lot of effort and lifting and sweating. Than we just repeated what we did to get the first one up, to the second couch and it only took 5 minutes. I was a sweaty mess after, let me tell you. And not in the hot attractive way that someone can be sweaty. It was not super ideal.
But alas, it was done!
I feel like I accomplished a lot today!
I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day!
Leg day of leg day... Thou makest me wabble
Good morning my tumblrs!! Today was leg day!!!! Have I told you how much I love leg day?? Even though I feel like jello right now, I must saw that leg day is the one day I do not feel weak!! We started out Jamie Easton livefit program on our bodybuilding app, as I must say I approve!! It was easy to use and I liked the workouts!! Kent quite enjoyed it as well!! Today's workout consisted of leg press, leg extension, leg curl, wide stance barbell squat, and calf raises, with 36 reps in total for each station. I am definitely feeling the jello legs today! So today is shopping day today. Grocery shopping, and Fitbit shopping. I had a Fitbit before, however mine doesn't work right anymore so I am getting a new one. I wanted to see if my old one was under warranty still.. But alas it is not! So new one for me!! I haven't decided which one I want now though :/ I will surprise you guys :D I will also do a post to show you my awesome grocery haul today :) Ok talk to you soon!!

OK so this past week had got gotten worse and worse. but no need to dwell on the bad things in life. This week will be better I workout four times, which I wish I did more but I really didn't feel like doing it, so I didnt. However, it is a new week and my husband reminded me why it's important for me to be working out. It was done through a lot of tears and hurtful things said towards each other but it was a whole tornado of emotions,but I'm glad it happened. He said this is the time I start giving up on things I try to do and I need to push through this. And it was true. I was starting to lose my fire on doing this and was starting to lose sight of what the bigger picture was. I reminded myself to why it's so important to get in shape and eat healthy again. And the was so no other pregnancies will turn out bad, and so I can be the best person and mother I can be. Among all the grief, I forgot the bigger picture. It was a good moment to be reminded why I need to workout. So after a good sleep, I woke up today motivated to workout. Kent and I went to goodlife and worked out for am hour with cardio and chest and triceps day. I feel so darn weak today. I could barely lift anything, or push or pull or ANYTHING!!! I was shaking and frustrated. I don't think I have fully recovered from last week. Needless to say... I have noodle arms. And tomorrow I think I will feel worse. I am also stepping up in how I do my workouts. Kent and I will be using the bodybuilding.com app called body shape, and doing the Jane Easton livefit 12 week program that focuses on a different area of the body to workout each day and builds as you continue along. I'm excited for this because it will be a plan for us to follow and watch as we progress!! We will also be recording our workouts on these sheets goodlife gives you, and every 6 workouts you can enter into a contest to win 1000$!! And someone from our town won so it is possible!!! And since we workout 5 times a week, we will definitely be putting in a lot of entries. I have also decided and planned out doing fitness classes with my friend in the evening on my day off, or days with a short shifts. We are going to do a Zuma class and a les mills body pump class. I'll also do some yoga classes from time to time. I'm really excited about these because it's a fun environment and I get to workout with my friend samuraithiessen!! I'm hoping I can break through this weight number plateau and start shedding pounds and ton up and lose weight !! I want to see a big difference soon so I just gotta put in the time! At this rate, I'll be entering a boat ton of entries for the 1000$!! I hope I win itt!! So that is how I am doing!! Can't wait to tell you about tomorrow a workout and grocery shopping trip!!
