Yo yo yo!!! What’s happening my wonderful Tumblr fam!?! So these past few days I’ve been a bit under the weather thanks to the tummy bug going around the vet clinic. Which in return has meant barely eating the past 2 days. Now as much of a bummer as that is, it has kind of given me a reboot to my system I needed. There has been some reflecting of my habits since the 2nd week of January and let’s just say they have not been good.
Over eating, bad eating, tons of eating out, not drinking enough water, not working out as much recently and feeling all around blah.
I have been debating on adding in a few more Whole30 recipes to my life which was kicked off today by my sloppy joe on a baked potato dinner I posted earlier. I know going full blown into the Whole30 again is not going to happen for me so I’m going to add it in with normal foods as a balance of sorts. Gym life will commence again next week since my mom is coming to visit (hopefully if the MN weather cooperates) this weekend. Focus on nutrition, my macros and water intake are going to be my main focus for the rest of this month.
The pushup challenge has not gone well, as I have slacked off for the past 7 days sooooooo February 1st I will be starting again :) Saturday I do get to FINALLY do my weigh in which I’m stoked for to see where I’m starting as I’ve said before.
