I am starting to realize that if I am not BOLD enough to do what makes me happy, then what’s the point of even starting. I am starting to realize that to be BOLD I need to trust God’s timing, trust the plans He has for me. I am starting to blossom into who I truly am and that is someone who is fiercely driven to influence, support and love as much as I possibly can🍃💋 When I started realizing what was changing and what was coming I couldn’t be more excited for the plans God has for me. Bon Vendredi 🍃💚 . I made a promise to myself recently🍃🍋🥦🥒🥝🍏🍌🥑... I made a promise to look after and nourish the one body that God gave me after a massive health scare. From then on I decided to use food as my medicine. I put pride in what I buy and what I put in my body so that I can FEEL good, and not just to look good. It’s a journey and I haven’t mastered this process completely as of yet, but I’m striving for that. 🍋 Don’t punish your body or instant gratification.
