First try at vegan nacho cheese...has promise! Works absolutely well on a taco or a burrito, I made enchiladas with it. Very nice as the sauce, I need to work on the flavor profile a bit more, but definitely worth it! I am so pleased at the consistency and the healthy ingredients.
