After 2 months of PT training .. and a few days off inbetween I have measured and weighed myself to find out I've lost 2 stone since Febuary.. Couldn't be happier!😍

week 1 workout
30 second arm circles 10 bicep curls (5lbs)
15 crunch and punch 15 leg raises
15 fire hydrants 5 ankle reaches
10 push ups 20 russian twists (5lbs)
15 lying tricep extensions 20 flutter kicks
10 sit ups 10 roll ups
20 donkey kicks 15 cross butt kick
I know this workout isn't that much, but its all I can do at the moment until I have full mobility again! its a start :)
What is your favourite leg workout? preferably one I can do with a cast! I know silly but I need more to rotate between what Im doing. So far I have my list of exercises to do each day, but my plan is to make a new one each week so my body doesn't get bored. Any suggestions are helpful and appreciated!
starting day
okay so today I weighed myself for the first time in a long time, if I said I wasn't upset by the number I would be lying. But I am going to stay positive because this morning I worked out and did all my measurements and have been drinking lots of water!
Weight: 161lbs
Chest: 38inch
Arms: 12inch
Waist: 34inch
Hip: 39inch
Thighs: 21inch - 19inch
I broke my ankle, so my left leg is pretty small and weak compared to my right one. That is another thing that I am really trying to work on. I don't really know if I did my measurements correctly but its close enough for me.
does anybody know of any teas or certain drink that helps with weight loss? I have tried one, but I don't think I drank it enough to notice any difference. I am willing to try anything as long as it has worked for you and not too expensive! so please if you know of anything let me know! :)
