I need help!
I'm trying to find some exercises that WONT be torture on my knees. I can't kneel down on them, and bending is iffy unless I have my knee brace on. I'd like exercises that focus on my legs and butt though. Does anyone have ideas?

Looking for a good lower body workout Hit me up with suggestions :)
I've been weight training for about a month and today was the first time in a while that I put on a pair of my good jeans. They're extremely tight on me now when before they were comfortable. I thought weights and cardio were supposed to make my jeans fit more loose, not more tight....
"You make the time to exercise"
I've always been quite a strong believer in not making excuses for the time you have throughout the day regarding exercise. I've always thought that you can find an hour or two no matter how busy you are. So suddenly the tables have turned and I am finding it SO difficult to find the time. When I look at my life, I really should be able to do it. I work from 5-11 most days as a waitress, so I'm at least getting in enough steps and actually being active when I'm not home. But I get home late, usually past midnight, sometimes after one in the am. I wake up at half past six, earlier if my boyfriend is feeling annoying, to take said boyfriend to work. I then have errands to run and chores around our apartment to do throughout the day. Then at 4:15 I start the drive to pick Nick up from work and start my own work. And that's how my week goes always, It's never ending. When I do get any spare time, I used it to sleep because I am constantly exhausted. I know that working out, particularly lifting, is detrimental when you're sleep deprived, so when I'm tired I do my best to get some sleep in and fit my work outs in when I can, but I feel like I'm doing SO little and skipping so many days: it's so demotivating. No matter how hard I try or want to work out, there is always something that gets in the way. Does anybody else out there have a constant schedule that makes things tough? I want to figure this out. I want my fit body. I want to make the time AND have the energy. Please inbox me if you have any suggestions.
I want to be able to do a pull up
By the end of October I want to have done one full pull up. I'm giving myself plenty of time, but I want to be able to do it. I'm doing a lot of arm work at the moment, trying to improve my strength. Does anyone have any tips? Anything would help!!
Guys do any of you know of any really good sports rub or any good tricks? So many aches and pains and I don't want it to set me back. Help a sister out ;)
Is it okay to run twice in one day?
I know. Silly question probably. But I know people say to not over-do things.
I only ran one mile this morning, and am incredibly frustrated with my boss, and need some sort of a release. I want to run after I get out of my internship, but I don't want to do something harmful to myself.
Thanks guyss
worst day in a long time. really need support.
