so for the last three or four days i've started doing yoga through this free app thats actually super amazing. i think i'm in love with yoga and even after only doing it for a few days i've noticed a difference in my flexibility. i did a 5 minute morning stretch workout, a 5 minute ab workout three times (because she told me to lol) and my literally everyday flexibility and relaxation 30 minute stretches. i think i found a niche🌺🙃
